The National HIV and Employment Resource Center is a centralized online hub of information on key topics related to employment for people living with HIV or reasons for HIV prevention, service providers, advocates, policymakers, researchers, educators and others. The Resource Center is designed to expand access to employment, economic, educational, and individually developmental opportunities for people and communities impacted by HIV.

Whether you are returning to work or changing jobs, understanding your legal rights is important. This section contains information on laws that can protect people with disabilities against employment discrimination, and explores the issue of disclosing your HIV status at work.
